At the Open API Seminar in Tokyo
Currently at the seminar held by firms like Six Apart, Mozilla, Verisign, ZDNet on Open API and beyond. Hopefully the talk David Recordon gave this morning on Open Standards will motivate the guys (and girls) in the Japanese IT scene to seriously consider taking up open standards.
As a sidenote, the announcement of http://jp.openid.net/ made this morning should hopefully make more people aware of OpenID in Japan. Now only if I can find a good way to teach how to use it to people like my mother...
